To ensure that we offer you the best advice and support, Micross Logic provide onsite onboarding consultation meetings with a dedicated account manager. During this meeting, your account manager will complete an analysis of your current business processes and how you currently use your current financial software, or how you currently use Sage 200 if you are an existing user.
The purpose of this meeting is to get a complete understanding of your business and your goals and ease the transition to Micross Logic as your Sage Partner. By fully understanding how your business operates, we can identify your pain points and tailor our support and advice to your exact business needs.
The majority of support calls are dealt with through one to one phone conversations or via email; where required our support team utilise TeamViewer to fix issues remotely or we will make an on-site visit to ensure that the problem is resolved.
Our prime focus is to ensure that our customers always receive a rapid response and fix any issues or problems. With a direct line to our support team, as well as our monitored helpdesk our support team are on hand to help and will prioritise issues based on their severity.Learn more
