The majority of support calls are taken care of through one to one phone conversations or via email; where required our Sage support team utilise TeamViewer to fix issues remotely. We can also make on-site visits for more complex issues, to ensure that the problem is resolved, and that you can carry on making the most of your Sage solution.

Our Sage support costs are based on the number of Sage users and additional Sage modules that you have. Support contracts usually relate to one year’s contract and are uncapped on the number of support calls logged or support used.
Having worked with Sage for over 20 years, Micross Logic has experience in supporting all versions of Sage, although for Making Tax Digital compliance we will always recommend that you are on the latest version.
