Our Support

The majority of support calls are dealt with through one to one phone conversations or via email; where required our support team utilise TeamViewer to fix issues remotely or we will make an on-site visit to ensure that the problem is resolved.

Our prime focus is to ensure that our customers always receive a rapid response and fix any issues or problems. With a direct line to our support team, as well as our monitored helpdesk our support team are on hand to help and will prioritise issues based on their severity.

Our support team always aim to fix your Sage problem while you are on the phone, or you can log a support ticket via email if you would like us to contact you. Micross Logic provide support for Sage 50cloud, Sage 200cloud, Sage CRM and Sage Manufacturing.

Support costs

Our Sage support costs are based on the number of Sage users and additional modules that you have. Support contracts usually relate to one year’s contract and are uncapped on the amount of support calls logged or support used.

Having worked with Sage for over 20 years, Micross Logic have experience in supporting all versions of Sage, although for MTD compliance we will always recommend that you are on the latest version.
