Our Process

1. Scoping

Based on your requirements, our team of Sage experts will carry out a Sage consultancy scoping exercise which will include your budget, timescale and system wish list and fundamental requirements.

2. Recommending a Solution

Once the initial scoping stage is complete, our Sage consultants will present you with their recommended solution. Our recommendations are a two-way process and we welcome any comments and changes as only you can know your business and the way that you work the best.

Time spent on the initial scoping and agreeing the best solution for your business is never wasted time, and a well thought out plan can reap dividends further on the project. We will engage with your internal project team at every stage of the design and implementation to ensure that together we design the best solution for your business.

3. Designing you Solution & Testing

Once the scoping is complete and signed off by both parties, we start designing your solution and creating a test environment so you can experience a working version of your solution before go-live.

4. Migration Plan

Once the test solution has been signed off we will agree on a migration plan from your existing accounting solution to your Sage solution, this will be done in a modular approach to ensure minimal disruption to your business and to ensure that you are happy with all aspects of the solution.
